Çogulhan
The Afsin Thermal Power Plant, located in Elbistan, Kahramanmaras, has been threatening life since its inception. The town of Çoğulhan, where the power plant is located, was once a neighborhood home to ten thousand people. Due to the lack of necessary precautions, the area and its residents are suffering. Elbistan suffered extensive damage in the Kahramanmaras earthquake of February 6, 2023. Despite the passage of two years, building demolition continues in the region.
